You double up and are sitting there with a mountain of chips…is it time to leave or strap in? If your first inclination is to change tables or quit for the day, this video will be right up your alley.

SplitSuit explains the common issues players have when they get deep and uncomfortable. On the mental side of things, you have winner’s tilt that can create odd strategic actions. And strategically, most players spend very little time studying deeper play. Becoming a great 100bb player is wonderful, but if you plan on doubling up and playing longer sessions – you 100% need to be prepared to play with 200bb, 300bb, and even 400bb stacks.

In short, don’t leave (unless you are tired and/or playing poorly and just getting lucky). Learn to get comfortable playing with deeper stacks, consider effective stacks, focus on your edges against other players with stack depth, and be sure to spend some off-table time improving your 200bb+ game. The added stack depth leaves you with many more options and lots of winrate potentials – so long as you put in the work to actualize them!
